Brunswick Stew Recipe

3 cans of chicken broth

1 package of frozen corn

1 can diced tomatoes

3 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 large potato, diced

1/2 medium onion

4 Tbsp. seasoned flour


Put chicken broth in large pot.

Add diced potatoes and onions. Cook until tender.

Add cooked, shredded chicken, corn and tomatoes.

Mix seasoned flour with a small amount of water for thickening. Add a small amount of hot chicken broth to the flour and mix well.

Add flour mixture to the stew.

Simmer 10 - 15 minutes. stirring occasionally.

Pepper to taste.
