1 Tbsp. powdered mustard
1 Tbsp. sugar
4-5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 cups onions thinly sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 lb. fillet of beef, cut into strips
1 tsp. black pepper
1 pint sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine mustard, sugar and hot water to make a paste
Saute onions and mushrooms. Saute beef. Combine meat and vegetables
Stir in pepper and mustard, then add sour cream.
