1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. ricotta
1 large egg
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
6 cups tomato sauce
1 lb. ziti, cooked and drained
1 lb. mozzarella, grated
1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, drain and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Combine ricotta, egg and parsley in a bowl.

Coat the bottom of a baking dish, 15x10-1/2x2-1/2 with 2 cups tomato sauce. Layer half the ziti, half the ricotta, half the sausage, half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan.

Cover with 2 more cups of sauce. Layer remainder of ziti, ricotta, sausage, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake in preheated 325 oven for 1 hour to 1 hour, 15 minutes or until it is bubbling
