2 lbs. hamburger
pinch of garlic salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. tender quick
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. water

Directions:
Mix ingredients together like a meat loaf. Refrigerate 24 hours in a plastic bag. Make into 3 or 4 "loaves" and bake 1 hr 15 min at 300º. Slice and serve on crackers.

This one came from Grandma Ross.

The recipe card is in her handwriting and it's dated 1985...that might be when she copied it down for me, but I'm not sure. The last line on the card says "Good". I haven't made it for a long time but as I recall, she was right!
