6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts. You can substitute breast for thighs if your like us and like dark meat.

6 string cheese sticks. If you want them to be a little spicier, use a different cheese.

6 slices of ham.

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º.

2) Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness and lay out on a clean surface. Place a slice of ham on each piece, then a stick of cheese. Roll the chicken up around the cheese and ham and secure with a toothpick. Dip each roll in melted butter, then in bread crumbs. Place in a shallow oven proof dish.

3) Bake for 40 min. or until the chicken is brown and the juices run clear.

Note. I cut this in half when I am making it at home since there are only two of us.
