Two rows of Mint Oreo cookies, crushed
1 large box of vanilla pudding
Green and Blue food dye
8 oz of cream cheese
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
½ Tbsp Peppermint extract
½ pint of heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cookies in large ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin, put aside.

2. Make pudding according to box, but omit ½ cup of milk. Add six drops of green food dye and three blue to achieve a mint green color.

3. Allow pudding to set.

4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and both extracts until smooth.

5. Slowly add chilled heavy cream. Whip until thick peaks form.

6. In clear glasses or bowls or trifle bowl, layer the cookies, pudding and whipping cream two or three times. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs on top.
