Cheese sliced lengthwise 1/4" wedges about 1 lb for 4 people
2 egg yolks mixed with flour
2 tbsp water
olive oil
2 lemons cut into quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Dip cheese slices into egg yolk mix then into flour coating each side evenly. Shake off excess flour; In a skillet heat oil when it smokes add cheese; Fry one side then the other side; Remove from skillet and squeeze some lemon juice over.
