1 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 can tuna in water (drained)
½ chopped small white onion
2 stalks celery chopped small
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
parsley flakes
chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a bowl cream cheese, tuna, celery, onion, horseradish and lemon juice. Once ingredients are mixed well form into a ball and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Take out and roll ball around into chopped walnuts
mixed with a few shakes of parsley flakes.
Put back in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
