6 Gonnella / Turano hard rolls split
½ lb Swiss cheese sliced
1 lb Polish Deli Kraukus ham sliced thin
1 stick butter softened
1 small onion chopped fine
2 tbsp yellow mustard, more if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter onions and mustard together.
Spread on inside of buns.
Place 1 ½ slices of Swiss cheese and plenty of ham in the middle of the bun and close.
Roll sandwiches in foil.

Bake at 350 º for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
