4 thick cut pork chops
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400*

Pat dry pork chops and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place in glass pan large enough that chops aren't touching.
Mix mayo, garlic, cheddar and ranch dressing mix in small bowl.
Cover top of each chop with 1/4 of mixture, up to edges
On top of mixture layer 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs on top.

Cook 35-45 minutes until pork is cooked thoroughly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
