Marinade:
2 lean pork steaks ( cut into 1" pieces )
⅓ c. soy sauce
⅓ c. dry red wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
2 green onions ( diced )

Place marinade in gallon size storage bag and put pork pieces in bag and marinade for 3 hours

Directions:

Drain off liquid from bag.
Place pork contents in baking pan and broil in oven for about 10 to 15 minutes. Turn meat pieces at least once during broiling. Pork can also bee cooked in baking pan on outdoor grill.
