4 chicken breasts
2-3 stalker celery
1 onion, peeled and halved

Directions:

Boil chicken with celery and onions until firm (do not over cook).
Skin, debone and refrigerate.
 

Salad


Ingredients:

1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup sliced seedless grapes
3 ounces sliced almonds
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
When chicken is cold cut into cubes.
Sauté’ almonds in margarine until light brown.
Mix chicken, celery, onion, grapes and almonds.
Add mayonnaise and sour cream until moist but not soggy.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cool together.
