1 1/2 lbs ground beef
salt
3/4 C dressing - bread crumbs, savoury and onion fresh made or leftover

1/2 C ketchup
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix gr beef and dressing well by hand. Place in meatloaf/bread pan or in individual muffin pans. Bake for 1 1/4 hours if in meatloaf pan, 20 minutes if in muffin pans.

In a small saucepan mix together ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Bring to a simmer to heat through. You can either serve on the side or remove excess fat from the meatloaf and spread the sauce over the meatloaf and return to the oven for 6 minutes.
