2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cup butter (4 sticks)
1 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1-12 ounce package milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, and butter. Cook to light crack stage (285 degrees on candy thermometer), stirring constantly. Pour on well-greased cookie sheet and cool.
Spread chocolate chips on hot toffee, when it gets glossy spread on toffee. Sprinkle with almonds. Press into chocolate and allow to cool. When cool, break into pieces.
