3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground allspice
2 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 13oz can evaporated milk
9 in unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, and allspice. Blend in pumpkin gradually; add milk and mix well. Pour into 9 in unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then at 350 for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted about halfway between center and outside edge comes out clean. Let cool.
