Italian Meatballs Recipe

1/3 cup bread crumbs ( I use Italian)
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
2 eggs
1/4 cup parsley
3 garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp Parmesan

Cover baking sheet with foil and spray

soak bread crumbs in milk for 1/2 hour

cook onions in oil for 20 minutes

combine all ingredients and re fridge for 1 hour

form into balls

425 oven
15-20 minutes

These freeze very well and they always come in handy for a quite meal
I like them in sauce without the spaghetti noodles
