* 1 pound ground beef
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* teaspoon onion powder (or onion)
* pound bacon, cooked and shopped
* 4 eggs
* can tomato paste (3-ounce)
* cup heavy cream
* teaspoon salt
* teaspoon ground pepper
* 6 ounces grated cheese, Cheddar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Brown ground beef with garlic and onion powder. Drain excess grease and spread the mixture on bottom of 9x13 inch casserole pan.
3. Stir bacon pieces into the beef mixture.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, tomato paste, heavy cream, salt and pepper until well combined. Stir 3 ounces grated cheese into egg mixture.
5. Poor egg mixture over beef and bacon and top with remaining 3 ounces of grated cheese.
6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top
