3 tbsp cold butter
*

Directions:
* Mix the ingredients in a food processor until the dough comes together. This takes 1-2 minutes of processing. The dough will go from crumbly to a ball. Roll out or press into a pie plate. Bake the crust for 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool completely.

* Heat the cream in the microwave for 2 minutes or in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles form around the edge. Remove from heat and add the chocolate. Stir until melted. Add the sweetener and whisk until smooth and shiny. Pour over the cooled pie crust and spread evenly.
* Chill for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Top with fresh berries or whipped cream, if desired.
