SAUCE
1 lb. fresh mushrooms in butter sauted.
2 medium sliced onions
3/4 c.red wine
2 tbsp worechestershire saude
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp. Knorr beef broth
garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Whole tenderloin
6 slices of beacon

Directions:
Directions:

Saute mushrooms in butter. Add onions.
ADD red wine , worchestershire sauce, oyster sauce , beef broth, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Simmer and taste for seasonings.

Place whole tenderloin on broiler pan, cover with 3 strips of beacon. Broil 7 min. under preheated broiler.
Turn and repeat. broil 7 min.

Transfer tenderloin to pan and cover with sauce. Set aside till ready to bake.

Preheat oven to 450*. Cover and baqke 20 min. Serve at once. Meat will be hot , pink and delicious.
