1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

4 8-ox.pkgs. Cream Cheese , softened
1 c. sugar 3 tablespoons flour
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. press onto bottom of 9-in springform pan. Bake at 325. , 10 min.

Combine cream-cheese , sugar, and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla: pour over crust. Bake at 450* 10 minutes. reduce oven temperature to 250*, continue baking 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan, cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with nuts, fruit, or choc. if desired.

This has been a favorite for years. When doing wedding cakes, I put this on the bottom of each tier. You do cheesecake, a filling, than cake. ( marb. , yell, or choc. cake.)
