1/3 C dried mushrooms - shitake etc
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp pepper
Yorkshire Pudding recipe

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Prepare muffin pans as per Yorkshire Pudding recipe.

Pour boiling water over mushrooms and let stand 5 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain again. Press out excess liquid. Finely chop mushrooms. Combine mushrooms, salt, pepper and thyme. Add yorkshire pudding batter. Continue as for puddings.
