2 tbsp butter or oil
1 1/2 pounds pork, cubed
2 garlic
1 medium onion
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp sage
1 bay leaf
3 cups squash ( frozen is good)
2 apples
2 cups carrots

lightly brown pork in oil
Place in crock pot
Add all the rest of the ingredients

low 4 hours

The original recipe calls for 2 potatoes but I prefer to serve this
dish with mashed potatoes
It's a great way to use pork loin when it is on sale
