"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

1 Package of Smoked Turkey seasoning meat
8 Chicken Bullion Cubes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Wash & drain greens at least 3 times in open sink. Yes, even though the package states that they are clean, I always wash my greens before cooking. Also rinse the smoked turkey before cooking. Place all ingredients in a deep cooking pot with 3/4's pot of water. Cook on stove top until medium temp for at least 2 hours until water has cooked down to approximately 1/4 pot of water. Taste a few greens with a clean fork. If additional seasoning is needed add a couple of bullion cubes. If seasoned to your taste, eat and serve!
