1 lb. hot sausage
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
2 large cans of chicken broth
1 jar real bacon bits
1 bag frozen onions, chopped
¾ tsp. minced garlic
2 lb. potatoes, quartered and sliced
½ pint cream
chopped kale or spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain hot sausage with crushed red pepper and set aside. In a skillet, combine chicken broth, bacon bits, onions, and minced garlic to sliced potatoes. Cook until potatoes are soft about 15 to 20 minutes. Add sausage and cream to stock and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over chopped kale or spinach.
