1 c Rice
½ c Italian Dressing (Wishbone Robusto Italian)
1 T Lite Soy Sauce (Kikkoman Lite)
½ tsp Sugar
2 c Fresh Spinach, cut into thin strips
½ c Sliced Celery
¼ c Sliced Green Onions including Tops

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Put in bowl and cool slightly.

Combine Italian dressing, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir into warm rice. Cover and chill several hours.

Fold in remaining ingredients before serving.
