1 lb hamburg
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
½ cup water
1-12 oz pkg tortilla chips or taco shells
½ head shredded lettuce
2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1-6 oz can black olives, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
⅔ cup sour cream

Cook hamburg with onion and garlic, add seasoning and ½ cup water, simmer, stirring occasionally, spoon into chips or shells, top with any of the other toppings.
