Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

4 cups sweet potatoes, cubed
cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
tsp salt
4 tbsp butter, softened
cup milk
tsp vanilla extract
cup packed brown sugard
⅓ cup flour
3 tbsp butter, softened
cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 325

Boil potatoes till tender, drain, mash or bake Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, salt, milk and vanilla extract till smooth. Place in casserole dish. Mix brown sugar and flour, cut in butter, stir in pecans and sprinkle on top.
Bake 30 minutes.
