¼ lb margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup walnuts
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Blend margarine with ricotta cheese til creamy. Add vanilla, mix well. Add sugar gradually. Beat well. Add egg and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients. Drop by teasponful onto greased cookie sheets
