1 box red velvet cake mix
1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip
1 egg
½ cup powdered sugar (for rolling cookies)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Mix dry cake mix, cool whip, and egg until well blended. It will be sticky. Chill for an hour.

3 Drop rounded Tbsp of dough into powdered sugar and roll them around. Put them on a greased cookie sheet.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool
