18 oz Almond Paste
1.8 oz Powdered Sugar
1 egg white

Icing
7 oz powdered sugar
1 egg white - pasturized
4 drops vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cookie ingredients together and shape into long rectangle form.

2. Bake 480º for 5 to 7 minutes.

3. Make icing by mixing icing ingredients together in a plastic bag. Cut off tip of bag and drizzle over cookie.
