3 pkgs Craisins (the standard size in the Ziploc type bag)
1 or 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped (depending on how spicy you want it)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 TBSP Salt
3 TBSP Vinegar
1 Jar (16 oz) Cherry Jelly/Jam
4-5 TBSP Cilantro, chopped
2 minced cloves of garlic

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Best if it sits in the refrigerator overnight. Really good with Fritos dippers. This dip keeps for a long time....you could also pour some over cream cheese. Enjoy!!
