1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Oil
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter Chips, Divided.
1/2 Cup Chopped Peanuts (I use a cup)

Beat dry cake mix, peanut butter and brown sugar with mixer until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup of mixture for topping. Add to above: 3 eggs, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup oil. Mix on low speed to combine. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup each of the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Pour into greased 9X13 pan. Mix together in a bowl: remaining crumb mixture, chocolate and peanut butter chips and chopped nuts. Sprinkle on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes.

This is a recipe from the ICU. Nancy Reed, a nurse, would bring this to our celebrations. I take this to Cliffy's every year for the Fourth of July Celebration. Delicious!!
