1 Medium Yellow Onion
1 Garlic Clove
10oz Ground Beef
1tbsp Italian Seasoning
6oz Wheat Spaghetti
13.76oz Crushed Tomatoes
1c beef stock concentrate
2tbsp Garlic Herb Butter
½ Parmesan Cheese
1tsp Chili Flakes
1tsp Vegetable Oil
1tbsp Butter
1tsp Olive Oil
Salt

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil for pasta. Reserve ½c water (¾c for 4 servings)

Dice zuchini, onion and mince garlic

Cook ground beef season with salt, pepper, half the Italian seasoning. Cook thoroughly and transfer to plate

Add oil to same pan add zucchini and onion cook until softened. Stir in garlic and remaining Italian seasoning until fragrant.

Add beef, tomatoes, stock, and reserved pasta water to pan with veggies. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer season with salt and pepper. Stir in 1tbsp of unsalted butter (2tbsp for 4 servings)

Add pasta and garlic herb butter to pan toss to combine. In pan top with cheese and chili flakes.
