2 cans Veg-All
1 cup mayonnaise
1 onion, diced
cup celery, diced
Ritz crackers
Margarine, melted

Mix drained Veg-All with mayonnaise, onions and celery. Put in Pyrex dish. Mix crumbled Ritz crackers with a little melted margarine and bake.

This is a recipe that appears to be quickly jotted down. While specifics are not provided, a sleeve or two of Ritz was probably combined with half a stick of melted butter or margarine. The casserole was probably cooked at 350 for about 20 minutes. Lois didn't need many details to make a recipe work!
