8 ounce package cream cheese
¼ cup butter
1 can creamed corn
1can whole kernel corn…..drained
1 egg
1 box jiffy cornbread mix
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Coat a 1 ½ quart dish with cooking spray

Heat cream cheese in microwave at 10 second intervals until soft. Do same with butter. Whisk cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add other ingredients. Whisk until well mixed. Bake 55 minutes until lightly browned and set.
