4 cups new potatoes thinly sliced
1 small onion sliced
1/4 cup water
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
pepper

Combine first three ingredients in 1 quart casserole dish. Cover with lid and cook 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes; Stir in next 5 ingredients and cover and cook on high 1-2 minutes; Top with fresh grated pepper
