One Loaf Cinnamon Burst Bread or Similar
(Cut into Cubes)
6 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
2 t. Cinnamon
1/2-1t. Nutmeg
2 t. Vanilla

Topping:
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter or Margarine
2 T. Corn Syrup
1 Cup Chopped Pecans.

Directions:
Directions:
Place cubed bread into 13X9 pan that has been sprayed with Pam. In separate bowl, beat eggs, add spices and vanilla, mixing well. Add milk slowly. Pour the egg/milk mixture over the bread attempting to cover all the pieces. Cover with foil and put into refrigerator overnight. In the morning turn oven to 350 degrees. Take the pan out of the refrigerator and remove foil. In pan place butter, rown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to rolling boil so it thickens. Add chopped pecans and spread over bread. Bake 40 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
