1 cups milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup old fashioned oats
cup unsalted sunflower seeds
cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Line an 8" square pan with parchment. In a large bowl, whisk milk, egg, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Stir in oats, sunflower seeds and raisins. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
Bake until golden brown around edges and set in the middle, 30-35 minutes. Allow to completely on a wire rack before slicing.
