2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
tsp cardamom
tsp salt
2 ripe pears, corned, cut into " wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

Grease an 8"x8" baking pan

In large bowl, stir oats, milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, baking powder and cardamom and tsp salt. Transfer to pan, layer pears on top evenly. Bake till tender, about 30 minutes
