1 cup butter, softened
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
3 cups quick oatmeal
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Beat together butter and sugars till creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat well. Add combined flour, soda, cinnamon and salt, mix well. Stir in oats and raisins, mix well.
Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Can bake in 13 x 9 pan for 30-35 minutes to make bar cookies
