12 frozen cheese blintzes ( 2 pkgs)
6 eggs
6 tbsp melted butter
1½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup orange juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease 9x13" baking dish, arrange blintzes in dish. Beat eggs with remaining ingredients and pour over blintzes. Bake for 45 minutes, uncovered. Serve at once.
