1 cup canned pumpkin
½ cup peanut butter
2 eggs
¼ cup coconut or canola oil
2½ cups wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 350º

In bowl, mix pumpkin, peanut butter, eggs, oil, flour and soda. Roll out dough, cut out shapes with cookie cutter.

Bake for 15 minutes
