30 dried dates
1 tbsp orange juice
zest of one orange
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp honey
cup walnuts, toasted, chopped, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Split dates. In small bowl, beat cream cheese till creamy. Add honey and orange juice, beat one minute. Stir in zest and walnuts. Put filling in bag, fill dates, top with walnuts and zest.
To toast walnuts: 350 5-10 minutes, tossing occasionally
