Tenderize chicken breasts or tenders, place on a baking sheet, and season with Jamaican jerk seasoning. Toss potatoes in a small amount of olive oil and salt, and bake in the oven until chicken is just done to avoid tough chicken pieces. Mix Mango, onion, lemon or lime juice, chopped cucumber, and salt to taste. Serve on the side or like a salad.

This is a simple dish, one that doesn't really require exact measurements, but is a nice flavorful dish. Zero WW points if you don't use oil, and Whole 30 complaint. It is easy, quick and delicious.
