Container of mixed greens
3 bell peppers (orange, red, yellow) diced
2 ripe avocados chopped
2 handfuls of cut cherry tomatoes
A hefty sprinkle of: cashews, goat cheese, cranberries
Dressing:
White pepper
Seasoning salt
Garlic powder
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put salad ingredients in a large bowl.
For dressing: sprinkle the cashews, goat cheese, and cranberries on. On top of this, sprinkle white pepper, seasoning salt, and garlic powder. Circle ingredients around in bowl. Twice with olive oil, once with balsamic vinegar.
Mix with hands.
