½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. buttermilk

3 mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. Dissolve baking soda into buttermilk. Add mashed bananas, flour, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Bake in a loaf pan at 325º for 1 hour or muffin tins for about 25 minutes.
