1 Tbsp whole cloves
1 Tbsp whole allspice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 gallon apple cider
options: cup brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey

Directions:
Directions:
Put spices in coffee filter and tie closed. Simmer apple juice with spices. Sweeteners may be added to hot juice before serving. Serve apple juice in cups with cinnamon stick stirers.
