4 lb sugar
1 pkg brewer's yeast
1can malt (Blue Ribbon® brand)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix malt with 1 gallon of warm water, bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat add 4 more gallons of water in 5 gallon container. Add yeast on top . Let sit 5 to 7 days. When bottling, add 1 tsp of sugar to each bottle before capping.
Age at least 2 weeks, preferably 4 weeks.

Sanitize all equipment and bottles and caps with Oxyclean and rinse thoroughly before using.
