2 gals water
1 lb malt
1- 16 oz bottle corn syrup
1 pkg hops
1 pkg brewer's yeast (not bread yeast)
additional water to make 5 gallons

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all except hops and yeast for 10 mins. Add hops boil 20 mins. pour into 5 gallon carboy or water jug.
Add water to make 5 gallons. Pitch yeast by stirring yeast into 1 cup warm water, let bubble for couple mins.
Add yeast water to carboy. Put in air lock or use big balloon over mouth of jug. Let ferment 5-7 days, releasing air as needed from balloon. Let rest a week more, transfer beer to sanitized bottles and cap.
Let age 1 month before drinking.
Note: sanitize eveything you will use to make beer with by washing all with Oxyclean, rinse well, air dry.
