1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/8 tsp salt
1 Cup Lime juice
6 egg yolks
1/2 pint of whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
I. Combine in order given and cook to a custard:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/8 tsp salt
1 Cup Lime juice
6 egg yolks

II. Color the custard a decided green

III. Beat until stiff
6 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar

IV. In another bowl, beat until stiff
1/2 pint of whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners sugar

V. Beat about 1/4 of the egg whites into the custard with whisk or electric mixer. Then fold the egg whites into the lightened custard. When combined, fold the whipped cream into the custard-whites mixture. Be gentle so as not to deflate the mix. Pour or spoon into a baked pie shell - 9 or 10" and refrigerate until serving time
